A little information about us
Linda is a native Vermonter and has lived in Franklin County since 2023. She has been a successful Realtor/Broker since that time. Prior to joining Lang McLaughry Spera Real Estate Linda owned her own real estate agency, creating many positive working relationships with her customers and clients for 10 years. Linda enjoys all lake activites, reading, gardening, spending time with friends and family, and her new hobby, watercolor painting.
Paul has been a Realtor since 2023. Prior to entering the real estate business he was a high school administrator in Vermont for over 30 years, some of which included being principal at Missisquoi Valley Union High School and Headmaster at Bellows Free Academy in St. Albans. He was born in Tennessee and grew up in South Burlington. Paul is a graduate of Johnson State College and holds a Masters from St. Michaels College in Colchester. Paul is a sports fan, enjoys golfing, lake activities, new challenges and family and friends.
We were married in 1969. We have a married daughter, Stacey, a son-in-law Ed and two cute grandsons, Drew and Zach who live in Delaware. Both are big University of Vermont basketball fans.
We are very familiar with Franklin, Chittenden and Grand Isle counties and and consider our community a wonderful place to live. We will be pleased to work with you to find the best real estate property for you.
